Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once you have selected from the available options click on the add to cart button. A form appears where you can upload the number of images you have selected.

  • Select clear, high-quality images where your pets’ face and body is well-lit and in focus. The main image is the hero and is best if your pet is sitting or standing with as much of their body captured. The second and third images can be more playful poses showcasing their personality.

  • For artistic style photos that have special meaning, were taken in a special location or a favored spot. The artistic style is meant to make your pet the hero while reimagining the backdrop with a painterly brush stroke approach. These are digitally mastered in our studio.

  • We encourage you to send some additional picture options. We are happy to work with you on getting the right images for your portrait.

  • You can pen your own love note, poem or biographical notes where you upload your images (on the intake form). We can work with a draft copy (up to 200 characters). You can make any edits or changes during the review process. Sometimes the portrait will inspire your words.

  • Yes we offer free shipping within the United States.

  • Yes, your custom portrait will be sent to your email for review and approval within 2 days.
